We ship via regular mail and do not offer any other services such as overnight etc.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery

If thier is any problem with your DVD or you did not recieve it after 3 weeks then please email us at racerx@giantesszone.com  and we will send a replacement of the same title. 

No exchanges for different titles and no returns for any reason.
